3. Delivery Time
3.1 Appointments
Services are delivered through scheduled appointments. Delivery time depends on service complexity and your availability.
3.2 Rescheduling
- You may reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time
- Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may incur additional fees
- No-shows without prior notice forfeit the full payment
4. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed through secure PayPal payment gateway
- Payments must be completed before service delivery
- All prices are in USD
- PayPal processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) are added to the final amount
5. Service Guarantees
We guarantee:
- Professional service by certified technicians
- Safe methods - we only use verified and safe optimization techniques
- 24/7 support for any questions or issues
However, we cannot guarantee:
- Specific performance improvements (results may vary by system)
- Compatibility with all hardware and software configurations
- Resolution of issues caused by faulty hardware or malware
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information during appointment scheduling
- Have a stable internet connection for remote service delivery
- Create backups of important data before service (recommended)
- Follow technician instructions during the service
- Not hold LianTech responsible for data loss (you must create backups)
7. Limitations of Liability
7.1 Service Limitations
While we use verified and safe optimization methods, we cannot guarantee:
- Specific performance improvements (results may vary by system)
- Compatibility with all hardware and software configurations
- Resolution of issues caused by faulty hardware or malware
7.2 Liability Cap
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for data loss (you must create backups)
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
8.1 Cancellations
- You may cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee
- No-shows without prior notice forfeit the full payment
