Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Full Refund (100%)
You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:
- Cancellation 24+ hours before appointment: Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment for a full refund
- Service not delivered: If we are unable to deliver the service as promised
- Technical impossibility: If your system cannot support the service due to hardware limitations (determined before service begins)
- Unsatisfactory service: If the service does not meet the described standards (must be reported within 24 hours of service completion)
1.2 Partial Refund (50%)
A 50% refund may be issued for:
- Late cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours but more than 2 hours before the appointment
- Partial service delivery: If only part of the service was completed due to unforeseen circumstances
1.3 No Refund
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- No-show: Missing your appointment without prior notice
- User error: Issues caused by user modifications after service delivery
- Hardware failures: Problems caused by faulty hardware (not related to our service)
- Completed services: Services that were fully delivered as described and accepted by the customer
- Change of mind: After service has been delivered
2. Refund Process
2.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact us via email at support@liantech.com or through our Discord server
- Provide your order ID and reason for the refund request
- Include any relevant documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
- Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
2.2 Processing Time
- Review: 24-48 hours for initial review
- Approval: If approved, refund will be initiated immediately
- PayPal processing: 3-5 business days for funds to appear in your PayPal account
- Bank transfer: Additional 3-7 business days if you have PayPal linked to a bank account
3. Service-Specific Policies
3.1 PC Optimization Service
Refund eligible if:
- No noticeable performance improvement after service
- Service caused system instability (we will fix or refund)
- Hardware limitations prevent optimization (determined before service)
3.2 Internet Optimization Service
Refund eligible if:
- No reduction in latency or improvement in connection stability
- ISP-related issues beyond our control (full refund after diagnosis)
3.3 Audio Optimization Service
Refund eligible if:
- No improvement in audio quality or positioning
- Hardware limitations prevent optimization
3.4 Complete Bundle Package
For bundle packages:
- Full refund if no services have been delivered
- Partial refund based on services already delivered
- Each service within the bundle is evaluated individually
4. Chargebacks
Important: If you dispute a charge through PayPal or your bank without first contacting us, it may result in:
- Suspension of your account and services
- Ban from future services
- Legal action in cases of fraudulent chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve any issues. We are committed to fair and reasonable solutions.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our services with a satisfaction guarantee:
- Free adjustments: Minor tweaks and adjustments within 7 days of service
- Issue resolution: We will work with you to resolve any issues before issuing a refund
- Honest assessment: If we cannot deliver the service as promised, we will inform you before starting
6. Exceptions and Special Cases
In exceptional circumstances, we may offer:
- Service credit: Store credit for future services instead of refund
- Rescheduling: Free rescheduling for emergency situations
- Partial refund + service credit: Combination of refund and credit
These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
